United Airlines Baggage Agent Fabulous


July 22 2015 I was headed to Texas to help daughters move. I had to check a bag and get a boarding pass. The lines to the Kiosk were super crowded. The lady that was taking care of my line disappeared and had taken about 6 pieces of luggage and left them next to the conveyer belt; which I think she was suppose to put the bags on the belt each time she took a bag. Another agent named Johnny was working a few Kiosk stations and came to mine; put some plastic wrap on a booster seat, put all the 6 pieces of luggage that were in his way on the conveyor belt and then apologized to me for the wait. Within a minute or two he had cleaned up another agents mess, got me on my way and got the lines moving. I told him what an amazing job he was doing. I really appreciate people working efficiently with no complaining and he seemed to be an amazing employee. I wrote myself a note to make sure I sent a positive review for a job well done.
