My name is Jovita gomez and i feel very disappointed about the service what the person in charge of baggage check give because a lady with the name marielen it's a lady like 55 to 60 years chubby white hair she has no manners be cause insted of help she just jell us ,rush and almost kick us from the place when we ask about the charges of the extra bag was she just get mad and she rip off the tags from our bags and skip us whit no manners , I'm very disappointed and I think to flight whit another company because the people wo work there it's no good at all she was racist white me
